In the heart of Mechelen, just steps from the Grote Markt, you'll find Jewellery & Goldsmith Design Helga Kordt. This beautiful boutique has been run since 1996 by Saskia Mees — daughter of artist Helga Kordt — and, more recently, also by her husband Pedro.

Here you’ll discover unique, handmade jewellery under the name Design Helga Kordt. All pieces are crafted in our own goldsmith workshop, featuring artistic designs, asymmetrical shapes and an organic style. The entire Design Helga Kordt collection is made by master goldsmith Helga Kordt, who has over 40 years of experience. Her daughter Saskia proudly and skilfully continues this unique tradition. In addition to our own collection, you’ll also find the stunning collections by Bigli and Marco Bicego.

We specialise in handmade jewellery, unique and exclusive pieces, gold watches, wedding rings and engagement rings. You can also come to us for custom-made jewellery, engraving (bracelets, charms, necklaces, rings), and ear piercing.
